Biography


Larry Haney is a native of Hollywood. Son of a third generation entertainment family and his first acting performance was in elementary school, then high school. After high school he became a US Army Non-Commissioned Officer Air-Traffic Controller. As a proud war veteran he obtained an AS degree from LACC , joined the I.A.T.S.E. Union Special Effects Technician, Propmaker and earned the title of Department Head at Warner Bros Studios.

Twenty-five years later Director Alan Hunt asked Larry to portray Senator Publius in ‘Julius Caesar’. After that Larry announced to the world he was going to be an actor. Recently Larry appeared in “J. Edgar Hoover” (Mal Paso Prods), “Luck” (HBO’s new cable series), and “Got Home Alive” (The Travel Channel). Larry’s resume’ reflects experience, education & Intensive workshops in all aspects of acting.

As a hobby Larry is a rhythm guitar musician and songwriter. Larry has a Music Composer IMDb credit for the film “Foreplay”. Review his recommendations on Linked-In.
